transportation:

  • Rejsekort card: works on all public transport - trains, buses, metro

    • Most Danish people will use these​​

    • cost 80 dkk for the card, and must reload a minimum of 100 dkk  

    • Around 20 dkk for short trips

    • Just check in and check out each time (they will charge you if you forget to check out)

      • **only problem is that the minimum allowance is 70 dkk for checking in and I was never able to use the rest of my balance

  • DOT App - pay for zones on the app and show the driver on buses 

    • Can buy multiple day passes on the app too​

  • Long term travel passes (over 30 days) are also available

  • City center is also walkable!
